Customer Agreement:

With the purchase of this item (GOLD Club), you as the customer are accepting the following terms for all future sales through our store (Brumby Saddlery, Inc.) and for the term of this agreement (identified below):

your registered account will be enabled for the Brumby Discount Club membership within 24 hours of purchase.
in addition to any posted discounts on our items, you will receive an additional 13% off all purchases with a cart total of over $500.00 for the term of this agreement (for example, if a product is currently marked with a 7% discount, your total discount will be 20%)
the membership term will be for 1 full year from the date of this agreement, at which time a renewal notice will be offered.
product returns have the largest impact on our ability to provide lower priced items. To obtain the additional discounts above, you are agreeing to the following modifications to our return policy for any product purchased under this discount program, including:

no exchange or returns of items
no refunds or credits will be granted

Brumby Saddlery will continue to represent the customer for any manufacturing defects according to the vendor's stated warranties.
payment for all purchased items will be accepted at the time the order is placed for all stock and non-stock items.
purchased items are not guaranteed to be "in-stock" at the time of your order request.
any item that is not "in-stock" at the time of your order will be sent to our vendor, with a request to build the item if necessary with expected build times between 4 and 10 weeks depending on the product.
a notice of the availability of your requested item will be sent to the customer's email address after the item is purchased and ordered, but Brumby Saddlery is not responsible for mis-typed email address or forwarding of emails to customers spam folders.
