We offer refunds, store credit or exchanges.
How much time does the customer have to make a return?:
14 days from delivery to the customer to have an authorized return delivered to our store location.
How long does it take to process a refund?:
An average of 7 days.
Is there a restocking fee or other return fee? If so, how much?:
For any product under $500 there will be no restocking fee on any "exchange" request. "Refund" requests will be incur a 15% restocking fee on the original sales price. Approved returns of items over $500, will incur a 15% restocking fee for any item exchange or up to 25% for any item refund request. Restocking fees may apply to but are not limited to; unauthorized returns, damaged merchandise or custom orders that are cancelled before production is complete.
Is an authorization number (RMA, RA, etc.) required before customer can return product?:
Yes - unauthorized and/or misdirected returns may be refused. Customer may email info@brumbysaddlery.com or call: (603) 929-0027 for RA and shipping instructions.
Are there exceptions to the standard return policy?:
Yes. Clearance items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Custom-made items may only be returned if defective as determined by the manufacturer. Custom-made items include Lucchese Classics series boots and boots in non-standard sizes.
Women's standard sizes: 6-10 in B or C width
Men's standard sizes: 7.5 -13 in D, E, or EE width.
Who pays for the shipping costs? :
If shipping was free of charge on the original order, then the refund for each item may be reduced by up to $15 upon a return of the same item. Customer is responsible for the safe return of items in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. Customer also pays for the shipping of exchange items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
